Parc Vue Hotel Management Pty Ltd (ABN 61 614 109 698) own and operate the serviced accommodation marketed as Parc Hotel.
Parc Hotel provides accommodation, maintenance, skills, and information technology services and facilities in connection with Parc Hotel (‘Service’).
Parc Hotel accepts enquiries and bookings via the Parc Hotel website www.parchotel.com.au (‘Site’), via third parties and directly from consumers for its Service. (‘Bookings’)

(b) deal with inquiries or complaints from individuals as to its compliance with the APPs and the Act; according to this Policy.

In order to provide the Service, we are required to share your personal information with third party service providers engaged by Parc Hotel to provide all or part of the Service.
If Personal information is shared with a third party service provider that will be solely for the purpose of providing the Service, and those third party service Providers will be bound by this Policy.

Parc Hotel may be required to share your Personal Information to comply with a legal requirement, such as to:
